4.Sheath type tubular electric heaterOptional electrical equipment such as liquid expansion temperature controller, manual reset, AC contactor, etc. If the heater needs to have temperature control function, only the temperature control device needs to be installed. When customers order, add letters after the model number“T”； If automatic constant temperature function is required, the heater should be equipped with a temperature controller and contactor, and the letter should be added after the model when ordering“TH”.

2.The heated medium should be non corrosive.

3.When melting solid oils such as asphalt and paraffin, the voltage should be reduced and then increased to the rated voltage after melting to prevent excessive heat concentration and reduce the service life of the components.

4.When carbon deposits are found on the surface of the heating tube, they must be removed completely before use to avoid reducing efficiency or even burning out the components.

5.Components should be stored in a dry place. If the insulation resistance drops below after long-term storage1At megaohms, the heating element can be removed and placed in200Dry in an oven at around ℃ for several hours (or apply low voltage to the components for several hours) to restore insulation resistance.
